Prophet T.B Joshua’s church, the Synagogue
Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos, Nigeria on Friday made a historic and
unheard of move by donating GHC 2, 000.00 as well as some learning materials to
the Presbyterian Junior High School in the Ajumanko-Bisease in the Central
Region.
The
donation which was made by an Accra High Court judge and member of the Church,
Mr. Justice John Ajet-Nasam, was as a result of an appeal by the Teachers and
pupil of the school who have been in a dilapidated structure for many years
without any assistance from the government.
The money
would be used for the reroofing of the school building which has been affected
by rainstorm last year and to also register over 100 students who would be sitting
for this year Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).
The
teaching staff of the school was all also given CD’S of T.B Joshua which they
would use to watch the work of the Man of God far way at Nigeria.
The
donation surprised many who never expect that the School and the pupil would
ever receive a relief after several appeals to the government and other
philanthropist organization have failed.
Presenting
the money to the school authorities, Mr. Justice Ajet-Nasam said, Jesus
directed his disciple to love their
neighbours and that the church was out there to assist all kinds of people who
are in need, especially the young, who are the future of the earth.
He said,
the church was touched by the plight of the school and the pupil upon hearing
it and assured the school authority that the church will do more for both the educational
and spiritual life of the children whenever there is an opportunity.
“ The future
of these young ones are very dear to God, so the Church led by Prophet T.B
Joshua as part of its social
responsibility decides to reach out to
people who needs help and to assist such persons in its small way,” Justice
Ajet-Nasam said.
He told
the school authority and the children that Prophet T.B Joshua has taken
education seriously as part of his God message to the world and has helped a
lot of people to further their education and assured the school children that,
the Church was ready to help them provided they take their education seriously
and obtained good qualifications after their BECE.

Headmaster, Mr. Stephen Bennett on behalf of the school authorities and
students thanked Justice Ajet-Nasam, his team and the Church for the gesture
and promised the money would be used for the purpose it was donated for.
He said,

appeals till Prophet T.B Joshua heard their plights.
He added
that he and the teaching staff would do their best to ensure the success of the
pupils in their academic endeavors.

the presentation tour to the deprived people, the church also donated assorted
farming tools and wheel chairs to the chiefs and people of the Bisease
